Ha Ha, just like Jordan to be in a place two days and already gaining more enemies that Che Guevara...only joking me old son, give 'em hell! And post up some images if possible, you've been on the road...what, a week or so now? You're bound to have at least 2 millimetres of stubble! ;0)

Hey Guys,
Sorry to hear that your volunteering isn't all that you imagined. More graphic descriptions of living conditions please? Have you forsaken all mod-cons? I was talking to a friend of mine who spent a few months in S America. She was in Ecuador and says to avoid Quito and try to get to Quosco. I'm not sure how to spell that. It's pronounced 'coo-sco'. She says it's an artsy city, full of musicians and artists. Well, i suppose you have to see the capital too. But she doesn't recommend spending much time in Quito. She also said that everyone she met on her travels had had some kind of belonging stolen so just not to let your stuff out of your sight. And i think you're right Ciaran, you're probably being ripped off in that local shop. She says foreigners are always charged extra. No matter how long they stick around.
Do you have an address? Do you think you'll stay for a while in the town you're in?
No news here cept Bertie Ahern might be facing the high jump. Bad news for the Nov 24th deadline. I'm sure this isn't giving you sleepless nights though.

Talk soon,
love, oj
P.S. don't be using that dodgy shower.
