I was told "no problem, just phone up a few weeks before you want to travel to change your date". The airline laughed and said they can waitlist me for the next month, and that sta shouldn't tell customers that date changes on cheapo student fares will be easy. at least you got off your waitlist! It would also seem that Iberia dont have the capacity or ability to deal with high volumes of travellers.
